About Rachel

Rachel has been expressing herself through songwriting and performing with local bands and Gospel groups in Ohio, since the age of 8. Influenced to find her own voice, she studied the greatest from Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Gospel's finest. Rachel found therapy in her music, strengthening her through many life cycles. The love for songwriting led to Rachel's first music project, titled "Open Letter" (2014) with her first single, "Senses of Love". The project is combined with "Open Letters by Rachel Shaw" a blog which shares her vision of beauty and inspiration to hearts around the world.
